About the Club

The SMU Ringette club is a competitive university ringette team. Our season runs from September to March. We play primarily against other universities in Nova Scotia as well as competitive 18+ teams, and Nova Scotia provincial teams. We also compete in the Atlantic University Championship Cup against all universities in Atlantic Canada.

Tryout Process

The tryouts dates for 2026-2027 season is to be determined. Depending on the number of people interested, tryouts will occur in September. Some experience required.

Attendance Policy

As with any team, attendance at practices and games is expected. If an athlete is unable to attend an ice-time, club executive must be notified.

Costs

Team fees will vary from season to season. Team fees for the 2026-2027 season are estimated to be $200.
